Six months after Rolf and Bo-Bo's battle in the cemetery, Rolf has a vision of Bo-Bo coming back to earth to destroy him and any one he is connected to. His premonition turns out to be true when satan sends Bo-Bo back, but this time he has endowed him with fantastic powers.
 
 

Bo-Bo ends up in the woods out side the city. On his way back to Calgary his beats a lost hiker to death with a tree branch.
 
 

Rolf continues to have terrible nightmares about Bo-Bo's return, and his friend Begal, who was staBbed by Bo-Bo, and just recently was released from the hospital comes over to Rolf's house to talk to him about the dreams. Begal decides that today would be a good day to go for a hike. Rolf declines to go.
 
 

Meanwhile Bo-Bo is killing more and more people on his way back to Calgary. Stopping to strangle a man who is peacefully reading his cook book. And then smashing in the head of someone beside the river.
 
 

Rolf met up with his friend Neil to see the rock band 'dads with no face' who's lead singer 'Joey Spit' was also assaulted by Bo-Bo on Halloween. Fully drunk, Rolf and Neil park Rolf's car after the show. Rolf tells Neil all about Bo-Bo, and how he believes he is coming back. Rolf also warns him that all of his friends have been attacked or killed by Bo-Bo already, so he should watch out.
 

Rolf drops Neil off at his house, and before he can even get to the door, Bo-Bo bludgeons Neil to death with a rock.

Bo-Bo soon finishes off Joey spit by slitting his throat with a machete.

Bo-Bo also catches up with Begal, and attacks him once more, thrusting a tree branch through his chest. Bo-Bo drags his body to the abandoned house where he lives. And is seen by a kid riding his bike.
 
 

The kid knows Rolf and tells him about what he saw. Rolf rushes to the abandoned house to confront Bo-Bo again.
 
 

he arrives at the house, and a fight commences. Rolf is knocked out, and thinking he is dead, Bo-Bo leaves. After waking up Rolf heads home.
 
 

Rolf arrives home, and sees a news report about the new killings.
 

Bo-Bo kills again. This time the victim is some poor guy who was just taking out his garbage.
